All prices displayed on Mela Deal are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update product prices, discounts, promotions, and availability without prior notice. The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.

Any applicable delivery charges, taxes, or other charges will be disclosed during checkout where required.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where available, customers may place orders using Cash on Delivery (COD).

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and should ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders or misuse of the COD service may result in COD restrictions for future orders.

5. Order Confirmation

After an order is placed, we may contact the customer through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or another provided contact method to verify or confirm the order.

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect customer or delivery information
• Pricing or technical errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Repeated refusal of COD parcels
• Delivery service limitations

If an advance payment has already been received for a cancelled order, any applicable refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible.

Estimated delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, operational issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and active phone number.

Mela Deal will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before completing an order.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact Mela Deal as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been processed or dispatched may not be cancellable. In such cases, the applicable return procedure may need to be followed after delivery.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes, promotional offers, and special prices may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Only eligible promotions may be combined.
• Promotions may have expiration dates or stock limitations.
• We may correct or cancel a promotion affected by an obvious technical or pricing error.
